Many achievers bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to their work. How do you foster creativity and innovation in your endeavors?
First when I learned trading, I used to see 10 things and then take trades but now I have updated many things with time and made my trading easier. I have done too much of market research, analysis and backtesting for at least last 3-4 years. This has made my work easier and I have to just see few things and take trades. So these same things I pass on to my students.
I stay connected to my student through webinar for at least 3 months after completing the course. For 3 months I tell them which trades to take. So this builds a confidence in them too.
I constantly try to get new ideas to improve my teaching and help young share market aspirants to earn good from market.
